Interviews

Self Assesment

Using the Personality Assessments feature, ask the candidates quantitative (rating) questions to know what they think about themselves. Resume Builder

With the inbuilt resume builder, candidates can showcase their educational qualifications, experiences, and skills with ratings. This enables employers to compare them. The feature also allows candidates to create several versions of their resume.

Dynamic Job Filters

Although the platform has its own default job filters that both employers and candidates can use to filters jobs, employers have the privilege of creating their own custom job filters for their personal websites on the platform. They can create custom filters such as custom locations, job types, among other filters of their choice, which candidates can use to filter the openings.

Job Referrals

The inbuilt Job Referral feature allows employers to reach the right candidates. If a candidate is not qualified for a job opening, the feature allows them to refer someone they know who has the required qualifications and ability to deliver when hired. The candidate that is referred gets an email notification, asking them to register and apply for the position.
