WakMate is the most robust platform for matching premium candidates with premium employers. We understand that time is precious, and that is why we highly value both candidates' and employers' time.
We save employers from candidates who randomly submit applications that they are not sure whether they need or not, or those for which they are not qualified. To save employers from situations where they spend time going through such candidates' applications, we have inbuilt mechanisms to prevent that.
We also save candidates from employers who randomly submit applications that they are not really interested in recruiting, or for non-existing jobs. To save candidates from spending time in putting their applications together and applying for such jobs, we have systems to prevent such cases.
